– Review and filing all supplier’s invoice documents
– Distribute all the listed payments to be approved by the Tax Specialist and Lead
– Prepare WHT Slips Art. 23/6 and 4(2) to be sent to vendors
– Assist Tax Specialist in preparing WHT Report, VAT Report, and Reimbursement Report on a monthly basis
– Assist Tax Specialist in submitting VAT invoice from vendors to Workday database
– Filing all tax documents

– Import custom duty (in Bahasa called PIB) to SAP
– Posting Goods in Transit (GIT to SAP)
– Posting RBID employees’ expense claim to SAP
– Mitigating and scanning the vendor, 3rd parties and forwarder invoices
– Listing logbook invoices intercompany
– Scanning invoices’ barcode
