Job Description:
As our Merchant Communications Intern for the Commerce Enablement team, you’ll take the wheel in creating insightful and relevant communication content that’ll keep our Moka and GoStore merchant partners up to date on our latest product offerings and happenings.
You’ll also execute mass communication via our Customer Relationship Management platforms, reporting our weekly business insights performance to Senior Merchant Communications and Merchant Development Manager.
Working closely with the Merchant Growth & Marketing teams, you’ll work to grow our family of active merchant partners in the region, keeping them happy, engaged, and informed so they feel inclined to refer our products to their own social circle.
Requirements:
– A final year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Communications or Business Management.
– Strong interest or basic experience and skills in communications, copywriting, and content writing.
– Strong interest in recent business trends on mass communications media and content ideas.
– Basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
– Availability to work as a full time intern for 6 months.
– Graphic design skills are a plus.
