Job Description:
– Provide effective administrative support to ensure the work process in the BD department runs smoothly.
– Set up Commercial term which includes commission, cashback, contracts, deals, upsizes during campaigns period.
Prepare invoices and quotations to merchants.
– Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
– Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
– Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
– Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
– Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
Requirements:
– Bachelors Degree in any major
– Proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint.
– Fluent in English.
– Detail-oriented and ownership of process improvements.
– Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to join the eCommerce industry.”
