Pada Februari 2021 silam, Tesla mengumumkan bahwa Bitcoin akan dibelinya pada harga sekitar $1,5 miliar. Tujuan Tesla membeli Bitcoin adalah untuk mendorong terjadinya diversifikasi pembayaran produknya.
